FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Ben jij administratief sterk en heb je affiniteit met techniek? Wil je meewerken aan uitdagende infrastructuurprojecten binnen de telecomsector? Dan ben jij misschien de persoon die wij zoeken!

Jouw taken

Als Administrator Permits ben je verantwoordelijk voor het correct en tijdig aanvragen en opvolgen van werk- en werfvergunningen.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Opstellen, controleren en indienen van signalisatieplannen.
  • Aanvragen en opvolgen van de nodige vergunningen bij bevoegde instanties.
  • Nauwe samenwerking met projectleiders, technische teams en externe partners.
  • Bewaken van deadlines en opvolgen van goedkeuringen.
  • Administratieve ondersteuning bieden aan lopende projecten.
  • Controleren of alle noodzakelijke stappen correct werden doorlopen.
  • Correct en efficiënt registreren en verwerken van vergunningen en bijhorende documenten.

  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je bent administratief sterk en verwerkt informatie op een gestructureerde manier.
  • Je kan vlot plannen, organiseren en prioriteiten stellen.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en behoudt overzicht, ook bij strakke deadlines.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en werkt graag samen met verschillende interne en externe contacten.
  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands.
  • Je kan vlot werken met MS Office, in het bijzonder Word, Excel en Outlook.
  • Ervaring in een administratieve functie of affiniteit met technische projecten is een pluspunt.
