FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Ben jij administratief sterk en heb je affiniteit met techniek? Wil je meewerken aan de uitrol van het glasvezelnetwerk in Vlaanderen? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou!

Jouw functie

Als Administrator Permits (Werkvoorbereider) zorg je ervoor dat alle vergunningen en voorbereidingen voor technische projecten vlot en correct verlopen.

Je speelt een belangrijke rol in de voorbereiding van infrastructuurwerken en zorgt ervoor dat alles administratief en organisatorisch op punt staat.

Jouw taken:

  • Opstellen, controleren en indienen van signalisatieplannen
  • Aanvragen en coördineren van vergunningen bij bevoegde instanties
  • Nauwe samenwerking met projectleiders, technische teams en externe partijen
  • Bewaken van deadlines en opvolgen van goedkeuringen
  • Administratieve ondersteuning van het projectteam
  • Controleren of alle stappen correct doorlopen zijn
  • Correct en efficiënt verwerken van vergunningen in systemen

Jouw profiel

  • Je bent sterk in administratie en nauwkeurig werken
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en kan goed plannen en organiseren
  • Je bent stressbestendig en houdt overzicht
  • Je bent communicatief en werkt graag samen met verschillende stakeholders
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands
  • Je kan vlot werken met MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Affiniteit met techniek of infrastructuur is een plus
