Je kunt een Teams-training geven waar mensen wakker bij blijven. Je legt Copilot uit aan iemand die nog print om te lezen. En je krijgt een zaal mee die eigenlijk liever bij het oude was gebleven. Dan zoeken wij jou. Je nieuwe baan Organisaties kopen technologie. Wat ze daarna nodig hebben, zijn mensen die er daadwerkelijk mee gaan werken. Dat gat vul jij. Als Adoptie Consultant bij NEH sta je op locatie bij onze klanten, vooral woningcorporaties, en neem je hun medewerkers mee in Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, OneNote en Copilot. De ene dag geef je een AI-workshop aan een MT dat nog nooit een prompt heeft getypt. De volgende dag zit je met een projectleider om tafel om een migratie voor te bereiden. De week erna sta je voor een groep die je moet overtuigen dat het nieuwe intranet echt beter is. Techniek is je gereedschap. Mensen meekrijgen is je vak. Concreet ga je: - Trainingen en workshops geven op locatie: Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Copilot en alles wat er in dit tempo bijkomt - Trainingsmateriaal maken dat mensen daadwerkelijk gebruiken: korte video's, one-pagers, floorwalking, digitale leerlijnen - Adoptieplannen bouwen en uitvoeren binnen grotere verandertrajecten, volgens Prosci, de methodiek die Microsoft zelf hanteert - Sparren met klanten over wat er ná de uitrol moet gebeuren, want daar begint het pas - Key users en ambassadeurs opleiden zodat de verandering blijft hangen als jij weer weg bent - Signaleren wat er echt speelt op de werkvloer en dat terugleggen bij consultants en projectmanagers Je werkt samen met consultants en projectmanagers, maar je gaat net zo vaak alleen op pad. Geen dag ziet er hetzelfde uit en geen klant is hetzelfde. Over het bedrijf NEH is marktleider in de woningcorporatiebranche en doet dit al sinds 2004. Ruim zeventig organisaties, waarvan meer dan vijfenzestig corporaties, hebben hun complete ICT bij ons ondergebracht: Private Cloud, Public Cloud of een hybride combinatie daarvan. Wij zorgen dat hun men.
