Bedrijven met lange salescycli, waar een deal vaak maanden onderweg is. Bijna elke klant draait bij ons LinkedIn Ads en de meeste ook Google Ads. We zoeken een senior die onze paid kanalen naar het volgende niveau tilt. Een deel doe je zelf, een groot deel loopt via anderen. De strategen draaien LinkedIn Ads grotendeels zelf met onze skills in Claude, en jij zorgt dat ze dat goed doen. Google Ads is jouw terrein. Daarnaast experimenteer je met Meta, YouTube en nieuwe kanalen zoals ChatGPT Ads. Je start als senior en kunt doorgroeien naar Head of Paid Media. Dan draag je de volledige verantwoordelijkheid voor het vakgebied, houd je RPW voorop in paid en AI, en geef je trainingen aan het team, aan klanten en aan prospects. Wat ga je doen? - Je bent eigenaar van de paid kanalen van RPW. Je bepaalt hoe we campagnes inrichten, meten en verbeteren, en je legt dat vast in onze skills en SOP's. - De strateeg bouwt en draait LinkedIn Ads grotendeels zelf. Jij reviewt, coacht en grijpt in waar het beter kan. - Google Ads draai je zelf. Je bouwt accounts op, zet tracking en conversies goed en haalt elke maand meer uit het budget. - Je zorgt dat iedereen de ads-skills in Claude goed gebruikt. Werkt een skill niet goed genoeg, dan verbeter je hem of bouw je een nieuwe. - Je test Meta, YouTube en nieuwe kanalen zoals ChatGPT Ads, en probeert nieuwe AI-tools en technieken uit. Wat werkt, maak je herbruikbaar voor het team. - Je bewaakt de kwaliteit over alle accounts.
