Jobomschrijving

Wil jij mee bouwen aan een nieuwe, hoogtechnologische productieomgeving én een team naar topprestaties begeleiden?

Als Advanced Team Lead Manufacturing ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van je afdeling. Je zorgt samen met je team voor een veilige, kwalitatieve en efficiënte productie en bent een zichtbare leider op de werkvloer.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Dagelijkse aansturing van de productieafdeling.
  • Behalen van doelstellingen rond veiligheid, kwaliteit, levering en productiviteit.
  • Organiseren van personeels- en productieplanning en bepalen van prioriteiten.
  • Zichtbaar aanwezig zijn op de werkvloer (Gemba).
  • Medewerkers coachen, motiveren en ontwikkelen.
  • Verantwoordelijkheid opnemen voor onboarding, training en performantiemanagement.
  • Opvolgen van KPI's en deelnemen aan dagelijkse operationele meetings.
  • Proactief analyseren en oplossen van problemen via root cause analysis.
  • Stimuleren van continuous improvement, 5S, TPM en Visual Management.
  • Zorgen voor naleving van GMP-, kwaliteits- en veiligheidsstandaarden.
  • Eerste aanspreekpunt zijn bij operationele escalaties.
  • Sterke samenwerking uitbouwen met techniekers en ondersteunende afdelingen.

De afdeling bevindt zich momenteel in een opstart- en projectfase. Je krijgt hierdoor de kans om mee de productieorganisatie van de toekomst vorm te geven.

Tijdens de opstart:

  • Bouw je mee aan processen en operationele standaarden.
  • Ondersteun je rekrutering, onboarding en opleiding van operatoren en techniekers.
  • Werk je mee aan competentiematrices, trainingsprogramma's en werkinstructies.
  • Help je logistieke flows, 5S, TPM en Visual Management opzetten.
  • Bouw je mee aan een sterke leer- en verbetercultuur.
  • Vanaf midden 2027 evolueert de productie naar een 2-ploegenwerking. Jouw functie blijft een dagfunctie, waarbij je over de verschillende ploegen heen werkt.
  • Vanaf ten vroegste 2030 wordt ook nacht- en weekendproductie voorzien. Ook dan blijft dit een dagfunctie, maar verwachten we dat je occasioneel enkele uren tijdens een nacht- of weekendshift aanwezig kunt zijn om medewerkers te begeleiden en voeling te houden met de werkvloer.

Naar wat voor een Advanced Team Lead Manufacturing zijn wij opzoek?

  • Minimaal bachelorniveau in een technische opleiding (automatisatie/elektromechanica) of gelijkaardig door ervaring.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring, bij voorkeur in een leidinggevende rol binnen productie.
  • Sterke people manager met een hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Technisch en analytisch sterk.
  • Ervaring met problem solving en continuous improvement.
  • Sterke communicatie- en organisatievaardigheden.
  • Kan prioriteiten stellen en beslissingen nemen.
  • Weet medewerkers te motiveren en ontwikkelen.
  • Pragmatisch én methodisch ingesteld.
  • Sterke Safety & Quality mindset.
  • Flexibel en veranderingsgericht.
  • Zeer goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels. De voertaal is Nederlands, dit is dus de taal die je het beste moet beheersen.
