Wil jij bijdragen aan het realiseren van de doelstellingen van deze mooie organisaties middels digitale, missiegedreven campagnes? Dan is Jalt op zoek naar jou! Als Advertising Consultant / Online Fondsenwerver ben je voor jouw klanten verantwoordelijk voor de opzet en het monitoren van de campagnes (op oa Meta, Google, LinkedIn en TikTok), tot het analyseren, analyseren en testen van de resultaten op een positieve manier te beïnvloeden. Tijdens de campagne deel je updates en learnings via real-time dashboards, en na afloop rapporteer je de resultaten en gebruikt aan de klant en geef je advies over de vervolg. Ook deel je de belangrijkste learnings met ons interne creatieve team zodat zij weten waar doelgroepen het beste op converteren. Naast het uitvoeren van bovenstaande werkzaamheden zorg jij ervoor dat het datateam zich blijft ontwikkelen op het gebied van online marketing, maar ook op persoonlijk vlak. Je gaat door op de hoogte van de laatste ontwikkelingen en weet jouw kennis en werkervaring goed over het dragen van stagiairs en junioren binnen het team. Wat zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden? - Je werkt nauw samen met collega's om samen tot een ijzersterk mediaplan te komen op basis van de briefing van de klant; - Je beheert zelfstandig de campagnes van jouw eigen portfolio met uiteenlopende klanten; het opzetten, gezamenlijk rapporteren van de online campagnes en adviseren van de klant; - Je kent je klanten door-en-door waarbij je extra waarde weet toe te voegen door kansen en uitdagingen bij klanten te spotten, en ze daar vervolgens bij te ondersteunen; - Je deelt jouw kennis en ervaring met de stagiairs en junioren binnen het team, en helpt hen verder te ontwikkelen / door te groeien.
