Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen klanten, therapeuten, adviseurs en logistiek. Van de eerste intake tot de uiteindelijke levering van zorghulpmiddelen: jij zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt. Met jouw organisatorische talent en klantgerichte aanpak draag je bij aan een efficiënte planning en tevreden cliënten. Geen dag is hetzelfde, en dat maakt jouw werk dynamisch en uitdagend. Wat je gaat doen: - Telefonische intakes uitvoeren: vertalen van klantbehoeften naar concrete aanvragen. - Klantdossiers samenstellen: zorgen dat adviseurs met complete informatie op pad gaan. - Hulpmiddelen reserveren: bewaken van de voorraad en toewijzen van de juiste middelen. - Routeplanning maken: efficiënte routes opstellen die rekening houden met zowel de klant als de logistiek. - Administratie en facturatie verzorgen: zorgen dat alle documenten kloppen en op tijd verwerkt zijn.
