Als adviserend arts krijg je een unieke kans om deel uit te maken van een organisatie met een grote maatschappelijke relevantie. Je speelt een cruciale rol in het controleren van arbeidsongeschiktheid en gezondheidszorgen waaronder de terugbetaling van geneesmiddelen. Daarnaast lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan de re-integratie van onze verzekerden op de arbeidsmarkt.

In deze functie bouw je een constructieve dialoog op met externe partners en werk je nauw samen met andere adviserend artsen, paramedici, terug naar werk coördinatoren en de medische directie. Je adviseert, informeert en begeleidt onze leden op het gebied van gezondheidszorg en arbeidsongeschiktheid. Als adviserend arts draag je ook bij aan het efficiënte beheer van de ziekte- en invaliditeitsverzekering. Je maakt deel uit van een multidisciplinair team, wat regelmatig mogelijkheden biedt voor overleg. Je neemt zelfstandig beslissingen en wordt ondersteund door een administratieve dienst.

  • Je bent arts.
  • Je hebt de Belgische nationaliteit of andere nationaliteit binnen de Europese Gemeenschap.
  • Bijkomende opleidingen zoals arbeidsgeneeskunde, verzekeringsgeneeskunde en gezondheidseconomie zijn een pluspunt maar geen vereiste.
  • Je werkt graag in een multidisciplinair team en hecht waarde aan regelmatig overleg met collega's.
  • Je combineert een gedegen dossierkennis met een sterke sociale visie en goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Diplomatie en besluitvaardigheid zijn eigenschappen die jou typeren.
