Een sterke, verantwoordelijke en innovatieve medische beroepsgroep is van essentieel belang voor de gezondheid en het welzijn van alle inwoners van Nederland. Daarom zetten wij, de artsenfederatie KNMG, ons samen met onze federatiepartners in voor het waarborgen en verbeteren van de kwaliteit van de medische beroepsuitoefening en de volksgezondheid in Nederland. Door het reguleren van medische vervolgopleidingen, beheren van (her)registraties van specialisten en signaleren van knelpunten, stellen wij de hoogste standaarden voor de beroepsuitoefening. Wij behartigen de belangen van ruim 65.000 artsen en geneeskundestudenten, bieden expertise op het gebied van gezondheidsrecht en medische ethiek. Ook spelen we een belangrijke rol bij het vormgeven van beleid dat direct impact heeft op de dagelijkse praktijk van artsen. Onze stem is invloedrijk en gerespecteerd in het maatschappelijk debat over gezondheid en zorg. Al meer dan 175 jaar gaat de KNMG voorop voor dokter en zorg. Vanwege het vertrek van onze collega zoeken wij een: Waar ga je werken? Het team van de Artseninfolijn bestaat uit vier collega's. Dit team maakt deel uit van het organisatieonderdeel Beleid & Advies. Wat ga je doen? In de functie van adviseur Artseninfolijn geef je telefonisch ondersteuning aan artsen bij vragen over juridische en medisch-ethische onderwerpen waarmee de KNMG zich bezighoudt. De KNMG heeft beleid, normatieve kaders en handreikingen opgesteld. Je adviseert en informeert de arts zelfstandig over gezondheidsrechtelijke en ethische dilemma's binnen dit beleid en de normatieve kaders. Je weet waar en hoe je moet zoeken naar passende antwoorden. Wanneer het nodig is, vraag je om advies bij één van de gezondheidsrechtjuristen, ethici of algemene beleidsadviseurs.
