Als Adviseur beleidsuitvoering binnen de eenheid Uitvoering Sociaal draag je zichtbaar bij aan de kwaliteit, impact en uitvoerbaarheid van het sociaal domein. Je haalt signalen op bij medewerkers in het veld, vertaalt ontwikkelingen en beleid naar werkbare oplossingen en zorgt er samen met de teams voor dat verbeteringen ook echt worden geïmplementeerd. Je adviseert dus niet vanaf de zijlijn, maar blijft betrokken totdat ideeën landen in de praktijk en visa versa. Daarbij schakel je moeiteloos tussen uitvoering, beleid, bedrijfsvoering en bestuur en ben je een stevige sparringpartner voor MT leden en coördinatoren. Wat ga je doen? Als adviseur beleidsuitvoering ga je aan de slag binnen wettelijke beleidsvelden binnen het sociaal domein, zoals de Participatiewet, WMO, Jeugdwet en aangrenzende wetgeving. Je werkt vanuit de PDCA-cyclus: je vertaalt plannen en beleid naar een uitvoerbare aanpak, volgt hoe deze in de praktijk uitpakt en analyseert signalen en resultaten. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen naar de kwaliteit en effectiviteit van beleid, maar ook naar de efficiëntie van werkprocessen en werkwijzen. Je laat je hierbij leiden door data en overziet financiële consequenties. Je rol stopt niet bij het uitbrengen van een advies. Samen met de betrokken teams vertaal je verbeteringen naar concrete acties en zorg je ervoor dat deze daadwerkelijk worden doorgevoerd in de dagelijkse praktijk. Je begeleidt implementaties, monitort de voortgang en stuurt waar nodig bij, zodat veranderingen niet alleen worden bedacht maar ook blijvend resultaat opleveren.
