Voor ons filiaal in Heerlen zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste kandidaat voor de functie van: Adviseur (Wmo) Wat ga je doen? Als adviseur heb je een heel veelzijdige baan waarbij geen dag hetzelfde is. Veel variatie in je werk en een dankbaar beroep want jij zorgt er mede voor om onze klanten te helpen mobiel te blijven. De werkzaamheden zijn onder andere: - Het adviseren naar gemeenten van revalidatiehulpmiddelen voor eindgebruikers. Dat doe je bij de mensen thuis waarbij jij samen met de klant zoekt naar passende mogelijkheden. - Overleggen met ergotherapeuten en gemeente consulenten. - Het monitoren van het gehele traject van passing, offerte en de afhandeling van onze eigen technische dienst. - Het afleveren van het hulpmiddel aan de eindgebruiker. Wie zoeken wij? - Je bent op dit moment adviseur Wmo, adviseur WLZ of Wmo consultent. - Je bent vaardig in gesprekstechnieken en sociaal vaardig. - Je hebt een dienstverlenende maar ook commerciële instelling. - Je hebt een proactieve werkhouding en denkt in oplossingen - Je kunt goed prioriteiten stellen en daarbij de totale voortgang bewaken.
