Als Adviseur DGI werk je organisatiebreed en ben je niet verbonden aan één specifieke regio of afdeling. Je bent organisatorisch gepositioneerd binnen de afdeling Maatschappelijk Verantwoord Ondernemen (MVO). Vanuit die rol werk je nauw samen met HRM, de Academie, de zorgregio's en andere relevante ondersteunende afdelingen. Daarbij leg je actief de verbinding met relevant wetenschappelijk onderzoek en vertaal je actuele inzichten naar de praktijk. Zo komen maatschappelijke impact, leren en ontwikkelen, goed werkgeverschap en kennisontwikkeling samen in de opdracht. Je krijgt daardoor de ruimte om breed door de organisatie heen te kijken en verbindingen te leggen.
