Het werkveld richt zich met name op: - Intern- en extern stakeholdersmanagement - Verkeersmanagement (o.a. SLOT's) - Communicatie (0800/publieksvragen/hindercommunicatie) De adviseur omgeving draagt bij aan de voorbereidingen van de diverse fasen binnen BOC met specifieke expertise in verkeersmanagement en omgevingsmanagementprocessen. Naast operationele voorbereiding en uitvoering ligt de focus op het creëren van verbinding tussen project (voorbereiding, uitvoering en projectteams) en omgeving, zowel intern als extern. Werkzaamheden omvatten onder meer: - Analyseren van stakeholderbelangen - In kaart brengen van samenwerkingsmogelijkheden - Vertalen van inzichten naar concrete projectresultaten Resultaat opdracht - Zelfstandige begeleiding en aansturing van het omgevingsproces binnen het BOC-contract, rekening houdend met projectresultaat en belangenafweging van interne en externe stakeholders. - Zelfstandige begeleiding, toetsing en beoordeling van SLOT-aanvragen, met vertaling van onderhoudsvraag naar uitvoeringswijze inclusief tijd-ruimteclaim, verkeershinder en beheersmaatregelen. - Zorgdragen voor succesvolle afstemming met overige wegbeheerders, hulpdiensten en andere stakeholders. - Zelfstandig opereren in de rol Omgevingsmanagement binnen het project BOC. - Beoordelen en begeleiden van omgevingsmanagement- en verkeersmanagementprocessen van de BOC-opdrachtnemer, inclusief toetsing en beoordeling van het OM-plan en VM-plan. - Uitvoeren en toetsen van waarnemingen tijdens werkzaamheden aan gemaakte afspraken en CROW 96a-richtlijnen. - Invulling van het projectspecifieke risicodossier ten behoeve van SCB vanuit Omgevingsmanagement.
