Als Adviseur Woningverbetering ben je verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen van de kwaliteit van intermediairs die maatwerkadvies geven aan bewoners over woningverbetering en verduurzaming. Je voert steekproeven en technische inspecties uit in verschillende wijken en rapporteert over de uitvoering van werkzaamheden door intermediairs. Daarnaast geef je zelfstandig advies aan bewoners over onderhoud, energiebesparing, isolatie, ventilatie en subsidiemogelijkheden, zowel tijdens huisbezoeken als op bijeenkomsten in de wijk. Je ondersteunt bewoners bij het aanvragen van subsidies en het beoordelen van offertes. Je wordt ook ingezet bij nieuwe deelprojecten, zoals het bemensen van wijkhubs, het bezoeken van buurtmarkten en het uitvoeren van enquêtes om de behoeften van bewoners beter te begrijpen. De functie ontwikkelt zich mee met de veranderingen in de energietransitie en vraagt om een brede blik op zowel technische als sociale aspecten van woningverbetering. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Ervaring binnen een grote gemeentelijke organisatie is een pré. - Proactieve, oplossingsgerichte en servicegerichte instelling. - Kennis van bouwfysica, zoals ventilatie, koudebruggen en isolatie, is een pré. - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift op minimaal B2-niveau. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en inlevingsvermogen. - Afgeronde mbo-4 opleiding Bouwkunde. - Ervaring bij een woningcorporatie met planmatig onderhoud is een pré. - Ervaring als EP-W inspecteur is een pré. - Bekend met het werken met MS Office-applicaties. - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring met persoonlijk en servicegericht klantcontact. - Ervaring met het aansturen van aannemers is een pré. - In het bezit van rijbewijs B. - Ervaring met planmatig onderhoud ...
