In de rol van Adviseur Donateurswerving werk je voor aansprekende goede doelen, zoals o.a. de Dierenbescherming, de Hartstichting, Trees for All, CliniClowns en Kinderpostzegels. Je gaat mensen benaderen die al een keer gedoneerd hebben opbellen en vragen of zij nogmaals een donatie willen doen voor het goede doel. Het leuke aan deze baan is dat je een positieve impact kan maken voor deze goede doelen. Bij deze organisatie pakken zij alles kwalitatief aan. Geen kantoortuinen met schotten tussen de bureaus, maar mooie, ingerichte kamers waar je met maximaal 3 collega's tegelijk werkzaam bent. Zij staan voor goed werkgeverschap en voeren dit in de kleinste details door. Functieomschrijving In deze functie benader je contacten die al bekend zijn met het goede doel waarvoor je belt. Je voert leuke gesprekken en weet de ander te enthousiasmeren om donateur te worden. Door jouw positieve eigenschappen en social skills ben je in staat om dit werk je snel eigen te maken. Ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar geen eis. Het inwerktraject is verzorgd en de begeleiding is goed geregeld. Na verloop van tijd kan je zelf ook doorgroeien naar coach of teamleider. Functie-eisen Voor deze functie is het belangrijk dat je positief ingesteld bent, enthousiast en dat je energie krijgt van goede gesprekken. Daarnaast vind je het ook fijn om met targets te werken en zie je het als een uitdaging om bovengemiddeld te presteren. Dit zie je ook terug in de beloning.
