Adviseur Akkerbouw Zuidwest Nederland (Dutch only) - Locatie Westmaas/hybride - Contract 24-38u - Opleidingsniveau HBO-WO - Team Team Akkerbouw en Vollegrondsgroente Zuidwest-Nederland Delphy is met ruim 250 teeltexperts hét kennisbedrijf voor ondernemers in alle plantaardige sectoren, zit er een blaadje aan, dan weten wij ervan. Kennis ontwikkelen en toepasbaar maken zit in ons DNA en vormt dus de hoofdactiviteit van Delphy. Binnen Delphy Team Akkerbouw Zuidwest zijn 14 adviseurs, onderzoekers en projectleiders actief, zij bieden telers en andere partijen in de akkerbouwsector deskundig en onafhankelijk advies. Binnen het gebied wordt ook onafhankelijk onderzoek uitgevoerd ter ondersteuning van de adviezen. Wat ga je doen? Jij gaat de telers voorzien van advies op maat, gericht op optimalisatie van het bedrijfsresultaat. Je past daarbij een combinatie toe van hoogwaardige teelttechnische kennis en het gevoel voor ondernemerschap, om de kansen en bedreigingen bij de teler tijdig te signaleren, zodat je meerwaarde levert. Je houdt je enerzijds bezig met de technische kant van de teelt, zoals advies over bemesting, gewasbescherming en bewaring. Anderzijds ben je een sparringpartner op het gebied van bedrijfsmatige zaken zoals afzet, wet- en regelgeving en strategie.
