We hebben een ambitieus nieuw kader neergezet om Arbo en duurzame inzetbaarheid structureel te verankeren. Nu zoeken we de 'kartrekker' die dit beleid tot leven wekt. Jouw baan Jouw rol als Adviseur arbo en preventie : architect en zichtbaar aanspreekpunt In deze veelzijdige functie ben jij de spil in ons Arbobeleid. Je bent niet alleen de regisseur die de samenhang bewaakt tussen de 'menskant' (M&O) en de 'omgevingskant' (Facilitair), maar je bent ook zichtbaar op de werkvloer. Je rapporteert direct aan de Manager Mens en Organisatie (M&O). Wat ga je doen? - Je stelt een gedetailleerd implementatieplan op en geeft vorm aan ons inzetbaarheidsbeleid. - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het (mede) opstellen, actualiseren en uitvoeren van de RI&E. Je onderzoekt bedrijfsongevallen om herhaling te voorkomen. - Je leidt het multidisciplinaire overleg met experts (Facilitair regisseur, Fysiotherapeut, M&O, Kwaliteitsadviseur en de OR). - Je adviseert het management en OR over arbovraagstukken. - Je ontwikkelt preventief beleid en verbetert de vitaliteit. Je vertaalt risico's naar praktische oplossingen. - Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en Arbo-deskundigen bij veiligheidsknelpunten en werkt nauw samen met het Facilitair Bedrijf voor de borging van veiligheid en hulpmiddelen (Assetmanagement).
