Veilig werken begint met een goed advies. Als Adviseur Arbo en Veiligheid help je organisaties om risico's te beperken en een veilige werkomgeving te creëren. Je combineert praktijkbezoeken met advieswerk en maakt direct impact op uiteenlopende projecten. Wat ga je doen?Als Adviseur Arbo en Veiligheid ondersteun je voor onze opdrachtgever bedrijven bij het verbeteren van arbeidsveiligheid en het voldoen aan wet- en regelgeving. Je voert risico-inventarisaties en evaluaties (RI&E) uit, beoordeelt veiligheidsrisico's en adviseert over passende maatregelen. Daarbij bezoek je verschillende projectlocaties binnen de bouw, infra, industrie en civiele techniek om situaties in de praktijk te beoordelen. Je stelt heldere rapportages en veiligheidsadviezen op en begeleidt opdrachtgevers bij het implementeren van verbetermaatregelen. Daarnaast geef je voorlichting over veilig werken en denk je mee over het optimaliseren van veiligheidsprocedures. Door jouw advies kunnen organisaties veiliger werken en voldoen aan de actuele wet- en regelgeving. Binnen deze functie krijg je volop mogelijkheden om opleidingen en certificeringen te volgen, zodat je jezelf verder ontwikkelt tot specialist op het gebied van arbeidsveiligheid en HSE. Jouw werkzaamheden - Uitvoeren van RI&E’s; - Opstellen van veiligheidsrapportages; - Adviseren over arbeidsveiligheid en HSE; - Uitvoeren van veiligheidsinspecties op locatie; - Signaleren van risico’s en verbeterpunten; - Begeleiden van opdrachtgevers bij veiligheidsvraagstukken; - Geven van toolboxen en veiligheidsvoorlichting; - Toetsen aan de geldende Arbo- en veiligheidswetgeving. Wat heb jij in huis? - Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding Integrale Veiligheidskunde, HVK, MVK of vergelijkbaar; - Kennis van de Arbowet en veiligheidsmanagement; - Je bent communicatief sterk en overtuigend; - Je werkt zelfstandig en nauwkeurig; - Rijbewijs B; - Ervaring binnen de bouw, infra of industrie is een pré.
