Als Adviseur Asbest & Inventarisatie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het begeleiden van projecten van de eerste klantvraag tot het uiteindelijke advies. Je combineert veldwerk met het analyseren van onderzoeksresultaten, het opstellen van rapportages en het onderhouden van klantcontact. Ongeveer de helft van je werkzaamheden vindt plaats op locatie. Je bespreekt opdrachten met klanten, stelt offertes op en voert inspecties uit als Deskundig Inventariseerder Asbest (DIA) in diverse gebouwen. Je brengt mogelijke asbestbronnen in kaart, neemt monsters en verwerkt de bevindingen in heldere rapportages. Op basis hiervan geef je advies over vervolgstappen. Daarnaast beoordeel je inventarisaties van collega-inspecteurs en vertaal je deze naar een onderbouwd advies. Je bewaakt het klantcontact gedurende het project en verzorgt de administratieve afronding. Jouw inzet zorgt ervoor dat risico's tijdig worden gesignaleerd en gebouwen veilig kunnen worden onderhouden of aangepast. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - In het bezit van een geldig Deskundig Inventariseerder Asbest (DIA) diploma - Flexibel inzetbaar, ook buiten reguliere werktijden indien nodig - Ervaring met AFAS, IAD, LAVS, Word, Excel en Visio is een pré - Kennis en ervaring met asbestinventarisaties en het herkennen van asbestbronnen - Analytisch vermogen om onderzoeksresultaten te vertalen naar duidelijke adviezen - Mbo 4- of hbo-werk- en denkniveau - Woonachtig in Nederland en beheersing van de Nederlandse taal - Bereidheid om regelmatig op verschillende locaties te werken - Professionele communicatieve vaardigheden richting opdrachtgevers en betrokkenen - Goede schriftelijke vaardigheden voor het opstellen van rapportages Functieoverzicht .
