Ben jij financieel sterk onderlegd en haal je voldoening uit het begeleiden van klanten bij belangrijke kredietbeslissingen? Als Adviseur bank & kredieten combineer je advies, analyse en klantencontact in een veelzijdige functie. Je ondersteunt particulieren, zelfstandigen en ondernemers bij het vinden van de juiste financieringsoplossing en bouwt tegelijk aan duurzame klantenrelaties binnen de banksector.

Jobomschrijving

  • Als Adviseur bank & kredieten begeleid je klanten tijdens het volledige krediettraject, van eerste kennismaking tot de uiteindelijke ondertekening.
  • Je analyseert de financiële situatie van klanten en vertaalt hun behoeften naar een passend kredietvoorstel.
  • Je adviseert over woonkredieten, investeringskredieten, consumentenkredieten en professionele financieringen.
  • Je stelt kredietdossiers op, voert simulaties uit en zorgt voor een nauwkeurige administratieve opvolging.
  • Je onderhoudt regelmatig contact met klanten en informeert hen proactief over de voortgang van hun dossier.
  • Je detecteert commerciële opportuniteiten en verwijst klanten door naar collega's voor aanvullende bank- en beleggingsoplossingen.
  • Je volgt de geldende regelgeving binnen kredietverlening correct op en garandeert een kwalitatieve dienstverlening.
  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding of relevante ervaring binnen bankzaken, kredietverlening of financiële dienstverlening.
  • Je hebt interesse in kredietproducten en financiële analyse en bent gemotiveerd om je verder te specialiseren.
  • Je combineert commerciële flair met een klantgerichte en betrouwbare aanpak.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor jouw dossiers.
