In het kort: Je gaat tijdelijk de bedrijfsvoering borgen door financiële administratie, begroting, rapportages, jaarrekening- en accountantscontroleprocessen te ondersteunen en diverse bedrijfsvoeringstaken rond inkoop, systemen, huisvesting, ICT en operationele administratie op te pakken. Uitvraag tijdelijke vervanging Adviseur Bedrijfsvoering Zuid-Limburg Bereikbaar 1. Aanleiding Zuid-Limburg Bereikbaar zoekt vanwege zwangerschapsverlof tijdelijk versterking binnen de bedrijfsvoering. Voor de periode van 1 november 2026 tot en met 30 april 2027 zoeken wij een ervaren professional die de werkzaamheden van de Adviseur Bedrijfsvoering tijdelijk overneemt. De opdracht valt in een periode waarin verschillende belangrijke financiële en organisatorische processen samenkomen. Naast de reguliere financiële bedrijfsvoering gaat het onder andere om de voorbereiding en ondersteuning van de accountantscontrole, de jaarrekening, verdere uitwerking van de begroting 2027 en ondersteuning van inkoop- en aanbestedingsprocessen. We zoeken daarom iemand die snel zelfstandig kan functioneren, financieel sterk is, overzicht houdt en gemakkelijk schakelt tussen administratie, control, inkoop en programma-brede bedrijfsvoering. In bijlage 1 is ook de taakverdeling tussen de diverse functies inzichtelijk gemaakt. 1. De opdracht De tijdelijke Adviseur Bedrijfsvoering zorgt ervoor dat de financiële en bedrijfsmatige processen tijdens de verlofperiode onverminderd doorgang vinden. Een belangrijk onderdeel van de opdracht is het bewaken van de financiële administratie en begroting. De adviseur verzorgt de financiële kwartaalrapportages en financiële projectrapportages op verzoek van projectleiders. Daarnaast wordt de programmabegroting bijgewerkt aan de hand van onder andere ontvangen facturen, urenstaten, capacitaire wijzigingen en gemaakte budgetafspraken. De adviseur werkt daarnaast de conceptbegroting voor het programma 2027 verder uit op basis van de inhoudelijke input vanuit de progr.
