Je werkt vanuit Veurne, waar je deel uitmaakt van een compact team. Vandaag wordt de beleggingsactiviteit er voornamelijk door de bestuurder opgenomen. Daarom zoeken ze iemand die op termijn een groot deel van deze verantwoordelijkheid mee kan dragen.

Het kantoor maakt deel uit van een familiale groep die vanuit verschillende vestigingen in de Westhoek werkt. De organisatie combineert verzekeringen, bankdiensten, kredieten en beleggingen en heeft een sterke band met zowel particuliere als professionele klanten.

De bedrijfscultuur is duidelijk: doordoen, positief blijven en initiatief nemen. Er zijn geen individuele KPI's. Klanten goed begeleiden en duurzame relaties opbouwen primeert.

Jobomschrijving

Als beleggingsadviseur begeleid je bestaande en nieuwe klanten bij hun vermogensopbouw.

Je:

  • adviseert klanten over hun beleggingsmogelijkheden;
  • beheert en volgt bestaande beleggingsrelaties op;
  • analyseert de financiële situatie, doelstellingen en behoeften van klanten;
  • bespreekt beleggingsoplossingen op een begrijpelijke manier;
  • onderhoudt actief contact met bestaande klanten;
  • bouwt nieuwe klantenrelaties op;
  • neemt zelf initiatief om klanten opnieuw te contacteren;
  • volgt de portefeuille en gemaakte afspraken nauwgezet op;
  • werkt samen met de andere collega's binnen beleggingen en verzekeringen;
  • krijgt op termijn de mogelijkheid om ook een aansturende rol binnen het team op te nemen.

Je krijgt dus niet alleen een bestaande portefeuille. Er wordt ook van je verwacht dat je nieuwe relaties durft aangaan en zelf initiatief neemt.

Voor deze functie zoeken we bewust iemand die al ervaring heeft binnen beleggingen. Klanten verwachten hier een adviseur die inhoudelijk sterk staat en meteen vertrouwen kan wekken.

  • Je hebt relevante ervaring binnen beleggingen of vermogensadvies.
  • Je beschikt over een stevige inhoudelijke kennis van beleggingsproducten.
  • Je weet waarover je spreekt en kunt complexe materie helder uitleggen.
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en gaat actief op zoek naar nieuwe opportuniteiten.
  • Je bouwt graag langdurige klantenrelaties op.
  • Je neemt initiatief en wacht niet af tot klanten zelf contact opnemen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en georganiseerd.
  • Je bent ondernemend en ziet jezelf eventueel op termijn ook een team trekken.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler en past binnen een familiale cultuur.
