Jouw functie als Adviseur beleggingen In deze functie ben je na een grondige technische en commerciële opleiding volledig vertrouwd met de producten van de bank-verzekeraar. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten en actief betrokken bij het betalingsverkeer. Het doel van je rol is klanten op een klantvriendelijke manier te verwelkomen en te bedienen, waarbij je via proactieve en reactieve gesprekken + commerciële opportuniteiten detecteert en klantgerichte oplossingen biedt. Je voert gesprekken over alle domeinen van de bank-verzekeraar, beschikt over een basiskennis van elk domein en verwijst door naar experts waar nodig. Daarnaast bied je een volledige 360° bancaire service, nodig je klanten uit voor gesprekken en belt hen proactief op. Je volgt de digitale evolutie op en draagt deze kennis over aan collega’s en klanten, met als doel een maximale klantentevredenheid te realiseren.

  • Je hebt een Bachelordiploma bij voorkeur in de financiële richting;
  • Met een eerste commerciële ervaring op zak, kom je ook in aanmerking
  • Commercieel en communicatief zijn je sterke punten: onmisbaar in de rol als specialist woonkredieten. Je staat de klanten elke dag op een klantvriendelijke manier te woord
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer, maar houdt er daarnaast ook van om zelfstandig jouw steentje bij te dragen
  • Het is een voordeel als je in de regio woont, in verband met bereikbaarheid en inzetbaarheid
