Bij een technisch installatiebedrijf in Udenhout verbind je industriële automatisering met technisch-commercieel advies. Je bent vroeg betrokken bij projecten en vertaalt klantvragen naar haalbare besturingsoplossingen, inclusief de technische en financiële onderbouwing. Daarbij werk je aan aanvragen voor onder meer drinkwaterinstallaties, food, feed en machinebouw. Je ervaring als software engineer helpt je om ontwerpkeuzes te beoordelen en klanten helder uit te leggen welke aanpak past bij hun proces of machine. Je maakt deel uit van het commerciële team en overlegt dagelijks met commerciële collega’s, software engineers en projectleiders. Je brengt eisen in kaart, werkt functionele en technische ontwerpen uit en bespreekt offertes en tenders met klanten. Presentaties en rondleidingen horen daar ook bij. Door nieuwe automatiseringstechnologie te volgen en trainingen te benutten, verdiep je je technische kennis en ontwikkel je je verder als gesprekspartner voor klanten en engineers. Functie-inhoud - Klantwensen vertalen naar technisch en financieel onderbouwde besturingsoplossingen - Functionele en technische ontwerpen maken voor industriële automatiseringsprojecten - Offertes, calculaties en technische beschrijvingen opstellen en beoordelen - Ontwerpkeuzes afstemmen met software engineers, projectleiders en commerciële collega’s - Klanten adviseren tijdens presentaties, rondleidingen en tendervergaderingen - Klantrelaties onderhouden en verkoopkansen bij bestaande en nieuwe klanten signaleren - Een commercieel strategisch plan opstellen Functie-eisen - Hbo-diploma industriële automatisering of elektrotechniek, of vergelijkbaar niveau door werkervaring - Minimaal vijf jaar ervaring als software engineer - Inzicht in industriële besturingen en de vertaling van proceseisen naar softwareontwerpen - Vermogen om technische keuzes en financiële afwegingen begrijpelijk toe te lichten - Proactieve, toegankelijke en resultaatgerichte aanpak in klantcontact en samenwerkin.
