Ter versterking van ons domein Juridisch zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Adviseur Bestuurlijk-Juridisch. We zoeken een gedreven professional die voor onze detacheringsprojecten: - Adviseert over complexe juridische en bestuurlijke vraagstukken - Past wet- en regelgeving op nationaal, provinciaal en gemeentelijk niveau toe - Adviseert over bestuursrechtelijke vraagstukken binnen het sociaal domein - Adviseert over subsidieverstrekkingen en informatieverzoeken in het kader van de Wet open overheid - Adviseert waar nodig over vraagstukken binnen het ruimtelijk domein en over privaatrechtelijke kwesties - Vertaalt juridische risico's en mogelijkheden naar praktisch en bestuurlijk toepasbaar advies Welke talenten heb jij? Spreekt de rol van Adviseur Bestuurlijk-Juridisch je aan en herken je je in het onderstaande profiel? - Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare ervaring als juridisch adviseur binnen een overheidsorganisatie - Je beschikt over een afgeronde opleiding op minimaal hbo-bachelorniveau, bij voorkeur in een juridische richting - Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met bestuursrechtelijke vraagstukken en advisering over complexe juridische kwesties - Je hebt ervaring binnen een gemeentelijke organisatie en met adviseren van management, college en/of gemeenteraad - Je hebt ervaring met ruimtelijk bestuursrecht en/of privaatrechtelijke vraagstukken - Je bent bestuurlijk sensitief en weet juridische vraagstukken te vertalen naar heldere, praktische adviezen - Je beschikt over uitstekende schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatievaardigheden - Je kunt zelfstandig werken en zoekt actief de samenwerking en intervisie op - Je bent professioneel, positief en gericht op samenwerking - Je bent gedurende de opdracht minimaal 32 uur per week beschikbaar Hoe belonen wij jouw talent?
