Het ene moment adviseer je een installateur over een (hybride) warmtepompsysteem en maak je een offerte, het andere moment verzamel je informatie over de locatie waar een warmtepomp geïnstalleerd gaat worden- zoals woninggrootte en ventilatie - en zoek je in onze catalogus naar de juiste producten om de beste oplossing samen te stellen. Op deze manier straal jij de warmte van onze organisatie door naar de klant. Je schakelt snel, communiceert helder en zorgt dat iedere klantvraag met aandacht en expertise wordt opgepakt. Samen met je collega's van de binnendienst en in overleg met de buitendienst draag je bij aan kwaliteit en klanttevredenheid. Wat breng jij mee? Wij zoeken iemand die zich kan vinden in het volgende profiel: - Je hebt een mbo+ opleiding afgerond en bij voorkeur ervaring in een technisch-commerciële rol. - Je haalt er energie uit om klanten te helpen en denkt in oplossingen. - Je hebt affiniteit met duurzame techniek en installaties. - Je ben communicatief sterk, werkt zorgvuldig en houdt het hoofd koel als het druk is.
