Bij Veldsink - Teeninga in Niekerk kennen we onze relaties en de omgeving waarin zij wonen en werken. Als Adviseur Binnendienst Particulier & Bankzaken help jij hen met hun particuliere verzekeringen én dagelijkse bankzaken. Soms telefonisch of per mail, maar juist ook gewoon bij ons op kantoor. Je krijgt daarmee een brede functie waarin adviseren, regelen en persoonlijk contact samenkomen. En omdat je werkt vanuit een lokaal kantoor, zie je ook echt voor wie je het doet. Jouw job! De ene relatie heeft een vraag over een verzekering, de volgende wil iets regelen rondom betalen of sparen bij ASN Bank. Jij luistert, vraagt door en zorgt dat iemand met een duidelijk antwoord of passende oplossing verder kan. Je bent een vertrouwd aanspreekpunt voor onze particuliere relaties en kijkt verder dan alleen de vraag die voor je ligt. Verandert er iets in iemands situatie of zie je een kans om iemand beter te helpen? Dan speel je daarop in. Concreet ga je: - Relaties adviseren over particuliere schadeverzekeringen; - Helpen bij dagelijkse bankzaken, zoals betalen en sparen; - Vragen beantwoorden op kantoor, telefonisch en per mail; - Offertes opstellen en wijzigingen verwerken; - Signaleren waar we een relatie nog meer mee kunnen helpen. Wie zijn wij? Ons kantoor in Niekerk is lokaal en persoonlijk. Relaties lopen bij ons gewoon binnen en kennen de mensen die hun financiële zaken regelen. Je werkt in een klein en zelfstandig team met verschillende specialismen. Tegelijkertijd maak je deel uit van Veldsink Groep.
