Als Adviseur Binnendienst Zakelijke Verzekeringen in Rijssen heb je veel contact met zakelijke relaties, beheer je een eigen portefeuille en krijg je de ruimte om steeds zelfstandiger te werken. Hoe snel je daarin stappen zet, hangt af van wat je al meebrengt. Jouw job! Als Adviseur Binnendienst Zakelijke Verzekeringen ben je een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor onze zakelijke relaties. Je beantwoordt vragen, verwerkt wijzigingen en beoordeelt wat er nodig is. Zaken die binnen jouw kennis en ervaring passen, handel je zelfstandig af. Wordt een verzekeringsvraagstuk complexer? Dan schakel je met een ervaren collega. Daarnaast beheer je een portefeuille met kleinere zakelijke relaties. Voor hen pak je steeds meer van de dienstverlening van A tot Z op. Ook volg je leads op en herken je commerciële kansen in het contact met relaties. Concreet houd jij je bezig met: - Beantwoorden en afhandelen van vragen en verzoeken van zakelijke relaties; - Verwerken van wijzigingen en oppakken van verzekeringsvraagstukken; - Beheren en bedienen van een portefeuille met kleinere zakelijke relaties; - Schakelen met ervaren collega's bij complexere vraagstukken; - Opvolgen van leads en actief contact zoeken met potentiële relaties; - Herkennen en benutten van commerciële kansen. Heb je al ervaring met zakelijke verzekeringen? Dan kun je hierin snel zelfstandig aan de slag. Kom je bijvoorbeeld vanuit particuliere verzekeringen of werk je als verzekeringsadviseur en wil je de stap naar zakelijk maken?
