Als bodemadviseur bewaak en verbeter je de bodemkwaliteit in ons werkgebied door op basis van geldende milieuwetgeving bodemzaken af te handelen. Belangrijk, want een gezonde bodem vormt dé basis van een gezonde en veilige leefomgeving voor de bewoners en natuur in ons werkgebied. In deze inhuuropdracht ligt de focus op het afhandelen van bodeminformatieverzoeken, informatieplichten, meldingen en niet-complexe (interne) adviezen. Je komt werken in een team van specialisten (ongeveer 25 collega's), die zich verbonden voelen door hun passie voor milieukunde. De deskundigheid van je teamgenoten is divers (naast bodem o.a. duurzaamheid, geluid, lucht en omgevingsveiligheid), wat een interessante kruisbestuiving van vakgebieden oplevert. Wekelijks is er een (digitaal) teamoverleg en meerdere keren per jaar komt het team samen voor een groot overleg met lunch. Dagelijks werk je nauw samen in het sub-team bodem met ongeveer 9 andere bodemadviseurs, met wie je laagdrempelig kunt overleggen. Ook werk je regelmatig samen met toezichthouders en juristen. De meest teamgenoten werken afwisselend thuis en op kantoor; waarbij de precieze invulling per persoon naar behoefte wordt ingevuld, maar gezamenlijk wordt afgestemd wanneer er samen wordt gewerkt in Lelystad.
