Adviseur Bouwfysica - Houten - Fulltime We zijn op zoek naar een ervaren bouwfysica-adviseur. Wij zoeken iemand die een aantal jaren werkzaam is als bouwfysicus (3-5 jaar relevante werkervaring) en klaar is voor een volgende stap in zijn of haar carrière. Vereist is dat je een relevante technische opleiding (bouwkunde, bouwfysica, werktuigbouwkunde of vergelijkbaar) op HBO niveau hebt afgerond. Eventueel aangevuld met een afgeronde universitaire studie, of een die in een afrondende fase zit. Naast technische kennis is een grote mate van zelfstandigheid en initiatief belangrijk. En goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal spreekt voor zich. Wat verwachten we van je? Je hebt een brede expertise op het gebied van bouwfysica, akoestiek, brandveiligheid en duurzaamheid. We verwachten van je dat je zelf projecten kunt oppakken en intern kunt begeleiden om te komen tot een goed (integraal) advies. Dat je niet álle benodigde berekeningen zelf kunt maken is geen probleem, wel verwachten we dat je kennis van zaken hebt en dus weet waar je het over hebt. Jouw werkzaamheden Direct na je aanstelling begin je zelfstandig te werken aan projecten. Daarnaast houd je je bezig met het onderhouden van contacten met opdrachtgevers en ontwerpteamleden. Ook lever je een bijdrage aan vergaderingen en word je betrokken bij acquisitietrajecten. Bovendien krijg je bij ons de kans om de vakgroep bouwfysica binnen VIAC verder vorm te geven. Hierbij hoort het sparren met en inhoudelijk ondersteunen van collega's. We hebben al een aantal uitdagende projecten op de planning staan waar je direct een bijdrage aan kunt leveren, bel 088 - 654 20 20, of lees nog even verder! Binnen de projecten houd je je onder meer bezig met akoestische en bouwfysische vraagstukken en zaken als brandveiligheid en duur...
