Dit ga je doen Ben jij adviseur bouwkunde en wil jij een belangrijke rol spelen in het beheer en onderhoud van defensielocaties in omgeving Den Helder, waaronder de Marinebasis van Nederland? Als adviseur bouwkunde speel je een belangrijke rol in het waarborgen van de kwaliteit van het defensievastgoed. Onder aansturing van objectmanagers zorg je er met collega technisch adviseurs voor dat ons vastgoed voldoet aan normen, wet- en regelgeving, en de afspraken in onderhoudscontracten worden nagekomen. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden op een rij: Jouw werk is dynamisch en maatschappelijk relevant. Door de verschillende contractvormen krijg je te maken met uiteenlopende werkprocessen - en dat maakt jouw rol extra afwisselend en uitdagend. Bij het RVB is volop ruimte om te groeien. We stimuleren je persoonlijke ontwikkeling en bieden je de kans om vakgerichte opleidingen te volgen. Als adviseur bouwkunde ben je bereid tot het volgen van opleidingen waardoor je kennisniveau en diverse processen in het team gecontinueerd blijven.
