Dan is dit jouw baan! Je werkt aan mooie projecten die een directe impact hebben op de openbare ruimte en het dagelijks gebruik ervan door inwoners en verkeersdeelnemers. Of je nu een ervaren adviseur bent of aan het begin van je civieltechnische carrière staat: deze functie biedt volop mogelijkheden om jouw kennis en talent in te zetten én verder te ontwikkelen binnen het vakgebied civiele kunstwerken. Als adviseur zorg je ervoor dat bruggen, viaducten en andere constructies veilig, betrouwbaar en toekomstbestendig blijven. Je vertaalt inspecties en technische gegevens naar slimme onderhouds- en investeringsplannen en zorgt dat projecten goed worden voorbereid en uitgevoerd. Daarbij maak je steeds de juiste afweging tussen kwaliteit, risico's, duurzaamheid en beschikbare middelen. Je werkt nauw samen met collega adviseurs en de operationele buitendienst. Je adviseert management en bestuur over het beheer en de instandhouding van de gemeentelijke civiele kunstwerken. Wat ga je doen? - Je stelt onderhouds- en uitvoeringsplannen op basis van inspecties, onderzoeken en beheergegevens. - Je begeleidt onderhouds-, renovatie- en vervangingsprojecten van voorbereiding tot uitvoering. - Je bent opdrachtgever richting ons interne ingenieursbureau voor complexe of grotere brugprojecten. - Je bewaakt de voortgang, kwaliteit en resultaten van projecten. - Je stemt af met ingenieursbureaus, projectleiders en beheerders. - Je adviseert over onderhoudsmaatregelen, renovaties en toekomstige investeringen. - Je beheert budgetten en zorgt voor een effectieve en doelmatige inzet van middelen. - Je bent een deskundig aanspreekpunt voor inwoners, bestuurders en collega's. - Je signaleert kansen...
