Kernverantwoordelijkheden - Inventariseren van de financiële situatie, wensen en risico's van klanten. - Opstellen, toelichten en vergelijken van hypotheek- en woonfinancieringsoplossingen. - Begeleiden van het volledige traject: intake, advies, aanvraag, documentatie en nazorg. - Onderhouden van relaties met bestaande klanten en actief uitbreiden van het netwerk in de regio. - Samenwerken met interne teams en externe partijen (makelaars, notarissen, geldverstrekkers) voor een soepel proces. - Borgen van kwaliteit, dossiervorming en naleving van wet- en regelgeving (o.a. Wft) en interne richtlijnen. Vereiste vaardigheden en kwalificaties - Hypotheekadvies en kennis van relevante producten, acceptatiecriteria en klantbehoeften. - Wft -certificering(en) passend bij hypotheekadvies en bereidheid tot permanente educatie. - Commerciële vaardigheden : acquisitie, relatiemanagement en resultaatgericht werken. - Analytisch en nauwkeurig : financiële analyse, risico-inschatting en correcte dossiervorming. - Communicatief sterk : helder adviseren, verwachtingen managen en klantgericht handelen. - Zelfstandig in de buitendienst, met goede planning en prioritering.
