Over de functie Als Adviseur Circulair Beleid Kunstwerken analyseer je bestaande kaders en ambities op het gebied van duurzaamheid en circulariteit binnen kunstwerken. Je vertaalt deze naar een praktisch toepasbaar beleidsdocument, afgestemd op landelijke ontwikkelingen en relevante instrumenten. Je werkt zelfstandig, stemt af met interne stakeholders en levert een beleidsstuk op dat richting geeft aan duurzame keuzes in toekomstige kunstwerkenprojecten. Wat je gaat doen - Inventariseren van beleidsdoelen, ambities, kaders en relevante documenten op het gebied van duurzaamheid en circulariteit binnen kunstwerken. - Analyseren van de samenhang en eventuele onduidelijkheden tussen beleidskaders. - In kaart brengen van landelijke ontwikkelingen en methodieken voor circulaire infrastructuur. - Vertalen van circulaire principes, zoals de R-ladder, naar de praktijk van ontwerp, onderhoud, renovatie en vervanging. - Onderzoeken van instrumenten en indicatoren, zoals MKI, voor het onderbouwen en vergelijken van ontwerpvarianten. - Beschrijven van bestuurlijke, beleidsmatige, technische en praktische afwegingen bij duurzame keuzes. - Opstellen van een compact beleidsstuk voor duurzame en circulaire kunstwerken. - Afstemmen met interne stakeholders. - Verwerken van feedback en opleveren van een bestuurlijk en ambtelijk bruikbaar eindproduct.
