Taken en werkzaamheden - Inventariseren van bestaande beleidsdoelen, ambities, kaders en relevante documenten op het gebied van duurzaamheid en circulariteit binnen kunstwerken. - Analyseren hoe deze beleidskaders zich tot elkaar verhouden en waar samenhang, overlap of onduidelijkheden bestaan. - In kaart brengen van relevante landelijke ontwikkelingen en methodieken voor circulaire infrastructuur (bijv. NPCE, Betonakkoord, Marktvisie Circulaire Viaducten en Bruggen). - Vertalen van circulaire principes, waaronder de R-ladder, naar de praktijk van ontwerp, onderhoud, renovatie en vervanging van kunstwerken. - Onderzoeken hoe instrumenten en indicatoren, zoals de Milieukostenindicator (MKI) en Het Nieuwe Normaal, kunnen bijdragen aan het onderbouwen, vergelijken en afwegen van ontwerpkeuzes en projectvarianten. - Beschrijven welke bestuurlijke, beleidsmatige, technische en praktische afwegingen een rol spelen bij duurzame keuzes binnen kunstwerkenprojecten. - Afstemmen met interne stakeholders (beleid, beheer, assetmanagement, projectrealisatie) en verwerken van feedback. - Opstellen en opleveren van een bestuurlijk en ambtelijk bruikbaar eindproduct. Op te leveren resultaten - Analyse van bestaande beleidsdoelen, ambities en documenten met betrekking tot duurzame en circulaire kunstwerken. - Overzicht van relevante landelijke ontwikkelingen, methodieken...
