Opdrachtomschrijving Als adviseur contractmanagement ben jij verantwoordelijk voor uitvoering, ondersteuning, analyses en advisering bij het contractmanagementproces. Vanuit Lelystad werk je, met een team, gezamenlijk aan optimaal contractmanagement in het werkgebied Midden-Nederland Noord. Dit team houdt zich bezig met het in stand houden (en deels verbeteren) van de dijken, oevers en vaarwegen (DOV) en met kunstwerken (sluizen en beweegbare bruggen) in en rond het IJsselmeergebied. Deze functie heeft een focus op de onderhoudscontracten (basisonderhoudscontract en raamovereenkomst) die de dijken, oevers en vaarwegen beheren. Echter i.v.m. inzet en werkverdeling in het team kunnen ook andere contracten die het project beheert onder de werkzaamheden vallen. Je bent onderdeel van het projectteam, hierbinnen heb jij een belangrijke adviserende rol bij de totstandkoming, realisatie en afronding van contracten. Je adviseert je projectteamleden over de inhoud van het contract in relatie tot het uitgevoerde / uit te voeren werk tijdens de uitvoering. Te denken valt aan het opstellen van prestatieverklaringen, contractwijzigingen, administratieve taken om overzicht te houden over uitvoering van VTW's, uitputting van de opdrachtsom, toetsuitvragen, toetsrapportages en verslagleggingen. En vanuit deze handelingen draag je bij aan het up-to-date houden van het contractdossier, het risicodossier, en aan maatregelen om deze risico's te beperken en te beheersen. Je doet de voorbereiding van nadere overeenkomsten. Voor minder gangbare, nieuwe zaken en uitdagingen draag je bij om met het team hiervoor passende alternatieven, ontwerpen en adviezen...
