HBO Onbepaalde tijd OPE-145752 Yes Adviseur Data & Analyse Jouw rol Als Adviseur Data & Analyse speel je een sleutelrol in de ontwikkeling van Data Gedreven Werken (DGW) binnen het cluster Werk & Inkomen (W&I). Jij bent de spin in het web tussen de business en het data-team: je haalt behoeften op, vertaalt die naar concrete oplossingen en zorgt dat data écht wordt ingezet om de dienstverlening aan de Rotterdammer te verbeteren. Jouw werkzaamheden zijn divers en afwisselend. De ene keer adviseer je het management over nieuwe ontwikkelingen in data-analysemethoden, de andere keer ben je sparringpartner voor de business om tot de juiste vraag en oplossing te komen. Je coördineert de samenwerking tussen data-analisten, BI-specialisten en data engineers om nieuwe informatieproducten en inzichten te creëren, en ondersteunt bij het opstellen van user stories en het onderhouden van het productportfolio. Je geeft workshops om datagedreven werken te stimuleren en vertaalt ontwikkelingen binnen W&I naar het concern Rotterdam, waarbij je zowel de businesstaal als de technische vaktaal effectief inzet. Tevens lever je een actieve bijdrage aan de datastrategie voor het cluster. Het werkveld ontwikkelt razendsnel, denk aan AI en nieuwe analysetechnieken. Dat maakt deze functie uitdagend en inspirerend: je ziet direct wat er gebeurt binnen de organisatie en maakt impact op de Rotterdammer door te schakelen met verschillende spelers. De grootste uitdaging zit in het stakeholdermanagement: je weet de juiste behoeften op te halen vanuit de business, brengt partijen bij elkaar en houdt daarbij altijd de einddoelen voor ogen.
