Als Adviseur Duurzame Gebouwen VvE ondersteun je bewoners en Verenigingen van Eigenaren bij het realiseren van energiezuinige en toekomstbestendige appartementencomplexen. Je gebruikt je bouwkundige en installatietechnische kennis om de huidige staat van gebouwen te analyseren, verduurzamingsmogelijkheden te identificeren en verschillende scenario's uit te werken. Je vertaalt technische informatie naar begrijpelijke adviezen, zodat bewoners en besturen goed geïnformeerde keuzes kunnen maken. Je presenteert je bevindingen, begeleidt het besluitvormingsproces en denkt actief mee over het verbeteren van de dienstverlening. Je werkt samen in een team dat zich inzet voor een toegankelijke energietransitie en draagt bij aan het ontwikkelen van processen en producten die aansluiten bij de praktijk. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Goede kennis van bouwkundige en installatietechnische aspecten - Vloeiende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal - Hbo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in Bouwkunde, Built Environment, Assetmanagement of Vastgoed & Makelaardij - Woonachtig in Nederland - Ervaring met vastgoedbeheer, verduurzamingsadvies of projectvoorbereiding - In het bezit van rijbewijs B - Affiniteit met communicatie richting bewoners en het creëren van draagvlak - Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en overtuigingskracht - Kennis van NEN2767, EPA-W of vergelijkbare methodieken is een pré Functieoverzicht .
