Je nieuwe baan Maandagochtend, koffie bij een transportbedrijf in Dordrecht. Daar begint jouw werkweek. Want duurzame inzetbaarheid is bij jou geen beleidsstuk, maar een gesprek aan tafel. Het resultaat van je werk zie terug op de werkvloer van de werkgevers in de sector: mensen die blijven, teams die beter draaien. Met veel vrijheid, een leaseauto en een salaris tot € 6.350,00 bruto per maand (o.b.v. 40 uur). Deze functie ontstaat omdat jouw voorganger intern doorgroeit naar een mooie andere functie intern. Maar dit is geen kwestie van een stoel overnemen: het thema duurzame inzetbaarheid verdient in regio Zuidwest volle aandacht, en jij bent degene die dat gaat doen. Wat ga je doen? Dat betekent: erop af. Gemiddeld zit je 4 tot 6 keer per week bij een bedrijf aan tafel, van MKB-transporteur tot grote logistiek dienstverlener. Concreet: - Je voert adviesgesprekken met directies en HR over behoud, vitaliteit en ontwikkeling van medewerkers. - Je vertaalt die vragen naar een concreet traject: van een medewerkers onderzoek (PMO) tot gesprekstrainingen voor teamleiders en planners. Altijd maatwerk. - Je voert regie over het traject: je zet de juiste specialisten en leveranciers in, bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt dat de aanpak beklijft in de organisatie - Je bent zichtbaar in de regio: onder andere op netwerkbijeenkomsten, bij sessies en workshops - Je werkt nauw samen met je regioteam (de regiomanager en collega-adviseurs). En denkt mee over de doorontwikkeling van onze dienstverlening Over het bedrijf STL is geen gewoon bedrijf. We zijn opgericht door en voor de sector transport en logistiek. Door sociale partners die vonden dat de arbeidsmarkt structureel beter kon. Ons expertiseteam bestaat uit adviseurs die elk hun eigen vakgebied diep kennen. Je werkt samen met Merijn, je directe collega, op hetzelfde vakgebied. Samen dragen jullie de verantwoordelijkheid voor het thema leercultuur binnen de sector.
