Ben je klaar met oppervlakkige quickscans en standaardrapportages? Deze organisatie bied je de kans om jouw expertise als adviseur ecologie te benutten. Kom jij het team versterken? Dit ga je doen Als adviseur ecologie krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over je eigen projecten. Hierbij kun je rekenen op ondersteuning van collega's binnen het team. Projecten kunnen overal in ons land plaatsvinden waarbij je op bijzondere locaties kunt komen te werken. Bijvoorbeeld op sluiscomplexen, dijken, ecoducten en de Maasvlakte. Je kunt hierdoor met allerlei beschermde soorten en gebieden te maken krijgen. Dit houdt je werk afwisselend en uitdagend! Je werkzaamheden zullen met name bestaan uit: - Het opstellen van ecologische werkprotocollen; - Het voorbereiden, plannen, rapporteren en uitvoeren van veldonderzoek naar beschermde soorten; - Ecologisch adviesgeven voor inschrijvingen op tenders binnen projectteams van klanten; - Het opstellen van toetsingen in het kader van de Omgevingswet, zoals voortoetsen, passende beoordelingen en Quickscans. Dit krijg jij Je komt terecht in een organisatie waar de lijnen kort zijn en waar collega's elkaar makkelijk opzoeken. De sfeer is open en nuchter: er wordt hard gewerkt, maar net zo goed samen gelachen. Het teamgevoel is hier geen loze belofte, dat merk je in de dagelijkse samenwerking en daarbuiten. Denk aan samen lunchen, een potje poolen in de pauze of teamuitjes die net even anders zijn, zoals quad rijden of bijlwerpen. Het sociale aspect en het 'wij-gevoel' spelen hier een belangrijke rol.
