Ze bieden een breed gamma aan oplossingen, waaronder verzekeringen, woonkredieten, beleggingen en pensioenplanning. Een klantgerichte aanpak met focus op transparantie, onafhankelijk advies en duurzame lange termijn relaties staan centraal.

Onze klant breidt het Employee Benefits-team uit om werkgevers een volledig gepersonaliseerde service en advies op maat te bieden. Ze optimaliseren extralegale voordelen en werken samen met gespecialiseerde partners in verzekeringen en preventie. Zo bieden ze oplossingen op het vlak van pensioenen, overlijden, arbeidsongeschiktheid, gezondheidszorg en welzijn.

  • Als Adviseur Employee Benefits ben je verantwoordelijk voor je toegewezen klantenportefeuille, die je opnieuw bezoekt om een sterke vertrouwens- en zakenrelatie op te bouwen.
  • Je biedt klanten proactief jouw expertise en productkennis aan binnen de Employee Benefits-markt.
  • Je stelt zelfstandig een actieplan op waarin je aangeeft welke optimalisaties, uitbreidingen of aanpassingen mogelijk zijn in de bestaande dekkingen van klanten.
  • Daarnaast onderhoud je nauwe contacten met verzekeraars en aanbieders.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met een analyst, die afhankelijk van de dossiers kan variëren. De analyst voert marktonderzoek uit op basis van jouw aanbevelingen, ondersteunt de communicatie, beheert samen met jou de klanten dossiers, volgt contracten en aanpassingen op via systemen zoals Brio en onderhoudt de contacten met de boekhoudafdeling.
  • Je klantencontacten situeren zich voornamelijk op het niveau van CFO’s, HR-verantwoordelijken en in sommige gevallen zelfs CEO’s.
  • Je beschikt over minimaal een bachelordiploma.
  • Je hebt een 3 tal jaar ervaring binnen de Employee Benefits-sector
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands perfect en bent voldoende mondig en assertief om je uit te drukken in het Frans of Engels
  • Je kunt prioriteiten stellen, werkt zelfstandig en functioneert tegelijk vlot binnen een team.
  • Je bent klant- en servicegericht in alles wat je doet.
  • Je hebt een duidelijke visie op de markt en kunt klanten proactief ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden voorstellen.
  • Je bouwt snel vertrouwen op in je contacten.
  • Je houdt van continu leren, neemt initiatief en denkt creatief mee.
  • Je communiceert helder en graag, zowel intern als extern.
  • Je bent vlot vertrouwd met Excel, Word, PowerPoint en andere courante tools.
