Opdracht - Adviseur Energie en Verduurzaming Als Adviseur Energie en Verduurzaming draag je bij aan het verduurzamen van gemeentelijk vastgoed en overige assets (civiel, verkeer, riool) door het opstellen en actualiseren van de Routekaart verduurzaming en het doen van praktisch uitvoerbare adviezen. Je inventariseert en adviseert over energiebesparende en verduurzamingsmaatregelen, beheert energieaansluitingen en EAN-codes en onderhoudt contact met netbeheerders, meetbedrijven en leveranciers. Je beheert het energiemonitoringssysteem, bewaakt en analyseert verbruiksdata, signaleert afwijkingen en verbetermogelijkheden en rapporteert hierover inclusief opvolging van maatregelen. Je stelt energiebegrotingen op, bewaakt kostenontwikkeling, levert input voor de P&C-cyclus, ondersteunt aanbestedingen en begeleidt implementatie van nieuwe energiecontracten en subsidieprojecten. Je adviseert collega's over netcongestie, lokale energieopwekking en prioritering van maatregelen, levert inhoudelijke input voor het Programma Energie en onderzoekt en analyseert de huidige rol en taken binnen de organisatie. Het betreft een ingebedde vervangingsfunctie binnen de gemeente Hardenberg (Overijssel), waarin je onder leiding en toezicht werkt en samenwerkt met interne en externe stakeholders om praktische en bestuurlijk verantwoorde oplossingen te realiseren. Vereist profiel - HBO- of WO-werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting energie, bouwkunde, installatietechniek, milieukunde of vergelijkbaar. - Aantoonbare ervaring met energiebeheer en verduurzamingsprojecten binnen de gebouwde omgeving of gemeentelijke context. - Praktische kennis van energiemonitoringsystemen, EAN-codes, energiemeting en interpretatie van energiedata (analyse en rapportage). - Bekendheid met relevante wet- en regelgeving, subsidieregelingen en aanbestedingsprocedures op het gebied van energie en duurzaamheid. - Sterke analytische vaardigheden, resultaatgericht werken en h...
