Een organisatie in beweging Het Kennisinstituut van de Federatie Medisch Specialisten is een jonge en snel groeiende organisatie die zijn expertise inzet voor kwaliteitsverbetering van de medisch specialistische zorg in Nederland. Als Kennisinstituut helpen wij ruim 23.000 toegewijde dokters in ziekenhuizen en instellingen dit waar te maken zodat 17 miljoen Nederlanders kunnen rekenen op de beste zorg ter wereld. In het Kennisinstituut, bestaande uit ruim 70 professionals, komen wetenschap, beleid en praktijk samen. Vanuit deze brede basis kunnen wij de wetenschappelijke verenigingen van medisch specialisten adviseren en begeleiden bij het opzetten en uitvoeren van kwaliteitsbeleid en het ontwikkelen van bijbehorende instrumenten zoals richtlijnen, kwaliteitsmeting, registraties en keuzehulpen. Ook ondersteunen wij hen bij zorgevaluatie o.a. door het ontwikkelen van kennisagenda's. Vragen die wetenschappelijke verenigingen hebben zijn bijvoorbeeld: Wat is de toegevoegde waarde van een nieuwe behandeling ten opzichte van de huidige praktijk? Wat zijn de belangrijkste onderwerpen voor wetenschappelijk onderzoek die op korte termijn de zorg kunnen verbeteren? Ter versterking van ons team zijn wij op zoek naar een: Adviseur/epidemioloog 32-40 uur per week Jouw bijdrage aan het zorgveld Binnen het Kennisinstituut ben je werkzaam op verschillende kwaliteitsprojecten. Dit kan gaan om het ontwikkelen van richtlijnen, maar ook om het ontwikkelen van kennisagenda's of van producten voor patiënten. Daarnaast kun je ook betrokken zijn bij projecten gericht op methodiekontwikkeling of innovatie van kwaliteitsbeleid. Je maakt deel uit van een team adviseurs.
