Adviseur Erfgoed Verwijderen Opslaan Solliciteer op deze functie Adviseur Erfgoed Gemeente Functie omschrijving Adviseur Erfgoed Als Adviseur Erfgoed adviseer je over het behoud en de ontwikkeling van het cultureel erfgoed binnen ruimtelijke ontwikkelingen in Zeist. Je bent betrokken bij uiteenlopende vraagstukken, van gebiedsontwikkelingen en middelgrote projecten tot vooroverleggen en vergunningaanvragen voor monumenten. Daarbij zorg je dat erfgoedbelangen op een goede manier worden meegewogen in de ruimtelijke ontwikkeling van de gemeente. Je werkt samen met collega-adviseurs en externe partners aan de verdere ontwikkeling van het erfgoedbeleid. Ook lever je vanuit jouw expertise een bijdrage aan bredere gemeentelijke opgaven, zoals de omgevingsvisie en het integrale omgevingsplan. Je schakelt daarbij tussen beleid, advisering en uitvoering. Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit? - Adviseren over erfgoed bij ruimtelijke ontwikkelingen, vooroverleggen en vergunningaanvragen - Adviseren over verbouwings- en verduurzamingsplannen van monumenten - Bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling en actualisatie van erfgoedbeleid en de erfgoedvisie - Erfgoedbelangen inbrengen in de Omgevingsvisie Zeist 2050 en het integrale omgevingsplan - Samenwerken met collega's, de regioarcheoloog en de commissie ruimtelijke kwaliteit Functie eisen Adviseur Erfgoed - Afgeronde HBO opleiding - Aantoonbare werkervaring als Adviseur Erfgoed - Ervaring met het adviseren op vergunningen - Recente werkervaring binnen een gemeente/ gemeentelijke organisatie Bedrijfsprofiel Matchpartner is een gespecialiseerd bemiddelingsbureau in de branches: Zorg en Welzijn, Arbo en Verzuim, Gemeente en Onderwijs.
