Van grote evenementen tot gezellige buurtfeesten: achter ieder evenement zit een hoop voorbereiding. Maar wat als organisatoren vastlopen in regels, vergunningen of veiligheidsvoorschriften? Als adviseur evenementen bij gemeente Voorne aan Zee ontdek jij waar zij tegenaan lopen en hoe de gemeente hen beter kan helpen.

Je gaat in gesprek met organisatoren, brengt knelpunten in kaart en vertaalt hun ervaringen naar praktische verbeterpunten. Met jouw kennis van evenementen draag je bij aan betere ondersteuning van organisatoren en de verbetering van het evenementenbeleid.

Jouw werkzaamheden:

• Je gaat in gesprek met professionele evenementenorganisaties, stichtingen, verenigingen en lokale initiatiefnemers. • Je onderzoekt welke gemeentelijke procedures, vergunningseisen en veiligheidsvoorschriften voor knelpunten zorgen. • Je brengt verschillen in kaart tussen professionele organisatoren en organisaties die vooral met vrijwilligers werken. • Je onderzoekt waar organisatoren van grote evenementen, buurtfeesten en lokale activiteiten tegenaan lopen. • Je bespreekt je bevindingen met medewerkers van de gemeente en onderzoekt waar verbetering mogelijk is. • Je vertaalt de ervaringen naar concrete aanbevelingen voor de ondersteuning van organisatoren en de herijking van het evenementenbeleid. • Je legt je bevindingen vast in een helder advies en presenteert dit aan de gemeente.

Je werkt gemiddeld 10 uur per week. De uren kunnen per week verschillen, bijvoorbeeld 5 uur in de ene week en 15 uur in de andere. Je start zo snel mogelijk en werkt tot en met 16 april 2027.

Functie-eisen: Jij weet als geen ander hoeveel er komt kijken bij het organiseren van een evenement. Van de eerste voorbereidingen tot het regelen van vergunningen en veiligheid: jij kent de uitdagingen uit de praktijk.
