Je gaat werken bij 's Heeren Loo, de grootste landelijke gehandicaptenzorgorganisatie van Nederland. Dagelijks zetten wij ons met ongeveer 17.000 medewerkers in voor mensen met een verstandelijke beperking. Ons hoofdkantoor staat in Amersfoort, op welgeteld vijf minuten loopafstand van het station en eenvoudig bereikbaar vanaf de snelweg. Het Shared Service Center (SSC) bundelt de operationele ondersteuning van de regio's en afdelingen van 's Heeren Loo op het gebied van: Facilitair, IT, Inkoop & Contractmanagement, Personeelsservices, Financiële administratie en de Bedrijfsvoering. Door de bundeling van diensten in het SSC kunnen we onze medewerkers en cliënten beter van dienst zijn. Je werkt samen met collega's in de zorgregio's, waarvan 9 facilitair steunpunten zijn, en vertaalt landelijke als locale behoeften naar passend facilitair beleid en concepten. 's Heeren Loo doet de belofte voor een 'Goed leven' voor cliënten, 'Mooi werk' voor medewerkers en een 'Duurzaam gezonde organisatie'. Facilitair levert hieraan een grote bijdrage door een veilige en schone woon- en werkomgeving te realiseren afgestemd op de behoeften van cliënten en medewerkers.
