Wij zoeken een enthousiaste Adviseur Financiën die zich graag verdiept in complexe vraagstukken, snel nieuwe kennis eigen maakt en zich wil ontwikkelen tot een stevige sparringpartner voor collega's, management en bestuur. Wat ga je doen? Als Adviseur Financiën werk je op het snijvlak van financiën, beleid en bestuur. Je denkt mee over financiële ontwikkelingen, adviseert collega's en helpt mee om de financiële positie van de gemeente gezond en toekomstbestendig te houden. Je komt terecht in een betrokken en relatief jong team waarin samenwerking, kennisdeling en ontwikkeling centraal staan. Daardoor kun je snel je weg vinden binnen de organisatie en jezelf verder ontwikkelen. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - het opstellen van financiële rapportages binnen de planning- en controlcyclus; - het coördineren van de totstandkoming van begroting, jaarrekening en andere P&C-producten; - het adviseren van management, college en gemeenteraad over financiële vraagstukken; - het vertalen van beleidsplannen naar financiële consequenties en mogelijkheden; - het bijdragen aan financiële analyses, projecten en besluitvorming; - het adviseren over verbonden partijen, gemeenschappelijke regelingen en gemeentefinanciën.
