In deze dynamiek verwelkomen we graag een Adviseur financieel beheer Aan het werk Als adviseur financieel beheer zorg je voor betrouwbare financiële cijfers en goed ingerichte financiële processen. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de financiële administratie, signaleert afwijkingen en risico's en vertaalt deze naar concrete verbeteringen. Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen gemeente Raalte en DOWR Financiële Administratie, de gezamenlijke financiële administratie van de gemeenten Deventer, Olst-Wijhe en Raalte. Je zorgt voor een goede aansluiting tussen de administratieve uitvoering, financieel beheer en financieel advies en control. Daarbij werk je samen met financieel adviseurs, controllers en de verbijzonderde interne controle (VIC). Je adviseert over financiële en administratieve vraagstukken en draagt bij aan de kwaliteit van onze data. Daarnaast ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor fiscaliteit (loonheffing, btw en VPB), treasury en onze financiële systemen. Ook speel je een belangrijke rol in de planning- en controlcyclus, met name de jaarrekening. Je bewaakt de planning en samenhang tussen administratie, beleid en verantwoording. Je werkt hiervoor samen met collega's, auditors en de accountant en deelt actief jouw kennis binnen het team. Zo zien we jou Je bent analytisch, zorgvuldig en gericht op kwaliteit.
