De gemeente Laarbeek zoekt tijdelijk een ervaren professional voor de functie van Adviseur Fysieke Veiligheid en Crisisbeheersing . Je versterkt het veiligheidsbeleid, de crisisorganisatie, bevolkingszorg, weerbaarheid en wijkgericht werken en draagt bij aan de professionalisering van het team Veiligheid. Functieoverzicht - Functietitel: Adviseur Fysieke Veiligheid en Crisisbeheersing - Aard: tijdelijk - Doel: beleidsontwikkeling en uitvoering binnen fysieke veiligheid; adviseren van bestuur en ketenpartners; verdere ontwikkeling van lokale crisisorganisatie en preventie- en wijkgerichte aanpak. Belangrijkste werkzaamheden - Ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van het thema Fysieke Veiligheid binnen het Integraal Veiligheidsbeleid 2027-2030 - Opstellen van concrete uitvoeringsplannen en beleidsvoorstellen op het gebied van fysieke veiligheid - Adviseren over en doorontwikkelen van de gemeentelijke crisisorganisatie en bevolkingszorg - Warenborgen van aansluiting op landelijke en regionale kwaliteitsafspraken - Ontwikkelen van een structurele opleidings-, trainings- en oefenaanpak voor crisisfunctionarissen - Versterken van gemeentelijke weerbaarheid, zelfredzaamheid en samenredzaamheid van inwoners - Ondersteunen van de uitvoering van de campagne Denk Vooruit en aanverwante weerbaarheidsopgaven - Actualiseren of verder ontwikkelen van bosbrandpreventiebeleid - Adviseren over evenementenveiligheid en deelnemen aan evenementenoverleggen - Organiseren en verder ontwikkelen van initiatieven zoals de Week van de Veiligheid en de Zwaailichtendag - Vormgeven van wijkgericht werken met aandacht voor bestaande netwerken (buurtpreventieteams, WhatsApp-groepen) - Coachen, begeleiden en vakinhoudelijk versterken van ...
