Adviseur Gebouwen WO (Master) Young Professional Deventer, Utrecht, Rotterdam 32-40 uur per week Constructie, Bouwkunde - Adviseur Gebouwen Ben je geïnteresseerd in het onderzoeken van schade aan gebouwen en het adviseren over het voorkomen van schade aan gebouwen? Als adviseur gebouwen adviseer je over risico's op schade aan gebouwen tijdens het ontwerpproces en de beheersing daarvan tijdens de uitvoering van grote projecten zoals bij de aanleg van tunnels, ondergrondse gebouwen en dijkversterkingen. Daarnaast onderzoek je schadegevallen aan gebouwconstructies. Je gaat op zoek naar informatie door inspecties, archiefonderzoek en deskstudie en analyseert gegevens uit diverse bronnen, waaronder tekeningen, berekeningen, meetgegevens en materiaalmonsters, en vertaalt deze naar heldere rapporten. Je werkt hierbij samen met andere disciplines binnen Witteveen+Bos, zoals bouwkundigen, constructeurs, geolotechnici, geohydrologen en adviseurs op het gebied van trillingen om samen tot integrale oplossingen te kunnen komen.
